NDIS Support Coordination
A support coordinator is the single point of contact for your NDIS plan. They help you understand the NDIS and connect you with various support and services. Apart from planning, coordinating and implementing your NDIS support, a support coordinator also communicates and negotiates with various service providers on your behalf with your consent and approval. Support Coordinators also build your capacity to manage your NDIS plan on your own.
NDIS Plan Management
Plan Management is an NDIS-funded support that works efficiently with Support Coordination. A plan manager helps you keep track of your NDIS funding and ensures that all your invoices from various service providers are paid on time. Reliable and fast invoice
processing helps support coordinators to better maintain the support of the participant. Plan management expands the choice of the NDIS participants by allowing them to access the services of both registered and unregistered service providers.
Plan Guard has a participant-friendly plan management portal which can be accessed by them or representatives of their choice. With Plan Guard, participants can request portal access for their support coordinator to keep track of the invoice status and the remaining
